UK claymation renegade Lee Hardcastle, whose stop-motion gifts you’ve witnessed in Rick & Morty episodes and Simpsons couch gags, turns his attention to crafting a five-minute mini-epic for American singer/songwriter Hardy.

Don’t let the rough-edged, low-tech opening fool you – the film is filled with tasty fine details and then at the 2:50 mark, with help from some acid-slinging wildlife, it mutates into a slice of weirdness-powered anthem rock.
