From The Mill: “Starting in LA and spearheaded by The Mill’s Anastasia Skrebneva, the mission of Artists for Black Lives is simple: to make and sell art to raise money for organizations supporting the Black Lives Matter movement.

“Artists for Black Lives is a team of creatives focused on designing and selling to fundraise for Black Girl Film School with a range of beautiful art prints, window clings for businesses storefronts, and sturdy protest signs for use at protest marches.

“All of the designs will feature artwork by creatives from The Mill LA, Mill alumni, and friends of The Mill.

“On the initiative, Anastasia says: ‘We are living through a revolution and instead of making art just to express how we feel, we decided to do something bigger. In just a couple of days, we have raised over $1,000. There is power in unity, let’s keep the momentum up!’
