Mathijs Luijten: “I’ve been listening to Tycho’s music since I was 15. So when he asked me to create a video for his title track ‘Weather’, I jumped at the opportunity!

“For many years I put on Tycho’s tracks at every take-off. Flying can feel like a time capsule, a space between what’s left behind and what’s to come. Time seems to be standing still. The outside world distant and abstract.

“This video illustrates that surreal feeling.”
