New work from Nexus directors Smith & Foulkes will always brighten your day and so it is with this breezy spot for the UK’s South Western Railway starring commuters Wesley Peck and Sandy C Gull thru agency St. Luke’s.
Alan Smith and Adam Foulkes: “We rarely get the chance to create characters from scratch, giving them individual behavioral habits and a shared history.
“The commuting friendship is a very specific kind of relationship. You don’t go down the pub with each other but you’re comfortable enough to ramble on about not very much while staring out the window.
“This reconnection between these two unlikely friends mirrors those happening up and down the country as we slowly re-emerge from our lockdown cocoons to step back into the wider world. Plenty of bird gags in this one.”
