Animator/artist Ross McCampbell in Brooklyn: “Many people have a hard time appreciating abstract art because they don’t understand what they are looking at.

“The idea of this project was essentially to reverse engineer abstract art, in order to understand how it relates to reality. The best way to connect these two forms of imagery was to animate between them as if each was an evolution of the other.”
