Barcelona’s Clim Studio, whose delightful Roger & Gallet films we featured in Stash 166, delivers more clean and clever CG work here in a sweeping global social for campaign for Amazon.
Clim: “The Objective was to elevate Amazon’s marketing materials by crafting a high-end, product-focused visual package. The Deliverables were a global marketing campaign, a complete redesign of Amazon’s iconic box and an extensive gallery of product visuals for both print and digital advertising.
“Amazon’s marketing demands are vast and varied. To meet these needs, we created an ever-growing gallery of product visuals, spanning every category in their store.”
“The campaign was all about the products. With just 10 seconds to showcase three distinct items plus the Amazon Box, we faced a delightful challenge. It had to be fast, yet irresistibly charming. Once we nailed the look for the products, we infused them with personality, creating playful morphing transitions through realistic CG animation.
“We delivered two versions of each film, allowing Amazon to A/B test which approach resonated on social platforms. One featured a smooth, 360-degree rotation; the other, a lively key-framed morph. The results showed that faster and cleaner visuals win the day.
