Media.Work Goes With the Flow of “Magnetic Currents”

In their latest in-house motion experiment, art director Aleksei Komarov and the team at Media.Work conjure a mesmerizing series of CG vignettes that, like the most rewarding literary narratives, are both logical yet wholly unpredictable.

From the team at Media.Work: “Magnetism is an unspoken dialogue — an invisible force sculpting matter, orchestrating movement, and weaving ephemeral connections.

“Here, sculpture is not merely an object but the residual imprint of attraction, a negotiation between material and force.”

“Throughout the project, we delve into the delicate equilibrium between structure and dissolution, where monumental forms coexist with shifting particles, and patterns continuously emerge and dissolve again. Here, sculpture is not merely an object but the residual imprint of attraction, a negotiation between material and force.

“By immersing ourselves in this unseen field, we allowed this phenomenon to guide us — not just as a subject, but as a method of inquiry. Like magnetic fields shaping invisible pathways, creation unfolds in response to forces seen and unseen. Ideas take shape, dissolve, and reform, guided by an intangible yet undeniable presence.”
