The Line director/co-founder Wesley Louis leads his team into the world of gamer fantasies with this anime-flavored anthem/music video for Riot Games’ League of Legends Worlds tournament 2022.
Set in San Francisco (the location of the finals), the film features a track by Lil Nas X with references to the game’s top players, including Fnatic’s Humanoid and T1 mid-laner Faker.
The list of animation projects commissioned by Riot Games for the League of Legends franchise is long and impressive with many of the best viewable here. The same can be said for The Line Animation studio in London.
