The first big holiday spot of the season lands today courtesy of Stink directors Traktor for British retailer Argos with London VFX house Untold handling Connie the doll’s dance moves and Trevor the dinosaur’s disastrous directing.
Fueled by Chic’s 1978 disco hit “Le Freak” and featuring the voices of Ruth Bratt (People Just Do Nothing) and Charlie Cooper (This Country), the spot was developed by agency The&Partnership to build on the brand platform “There’s More to Argos.”
Traktor was also behind the spectacular 2022 Argos holiday spot “The Book of Dreams”.
