3D design specialists Studio Sentempo in Modena, Italy, make their Stash debut with this soft and minimalist film for Italian artisanal textile brand La Fabbrica del Lino outlining the process of crafting fine linen.

La Fabbrica del Lino is an Italian brand that designs and manufactures home products. Color, quality, and research are the key elements of the brand. The request was to create a video that introduced the brand’s signature raw material: linen – a 3D motion piece that did not focus on the products but on their nature and emphasizing their quality.
 

“The creative direction aimed to tell the story of the production process with slow camera moves and soft lighting to recreate an ethereal mood where the material transforms scene after scene.”

 
“The real challenge was to represent the process of linen production, from fiber to cloth, in an aesthetic and captivating way. An additional struggle was that the film had to work for all the brand’s channels (web page, social, billboard): in some cases, it had to be the protagonist; in some others, just a background.
