From the release:
nineteentwenty has announced the appointment of Hannah Ruddleston, who joins the company’s London office after seven years at MPC.
Hannah started her career in post production, straight out of school, learning the ropes at MPC as a runner. With a flair for the craft, she quickly worked her way up the ranks to producer, working on high profile ads and liaising with MPC’s global offices. Her most recent and notable projects include the multiple award-winning ‘Buster the Boxer’ for John Lewis and ‘We’re the Superhumans’ for Channel 4 Paralympics.
Commenting on her new role, Hannah says: “When I first spoke to Scott, I hadn’t really thought about changing jobs. I knew both Scott and Ludo from when they worked at MPC and I was there on bookings. I used to love working with them both. What really grabbed me about the position was that anyone I spoke to about the company only had wonderful things to say about the people and the environment here. It just sounded like such a lovely place to work.”
Hannah joins nineteentwenty following the appointment of VFX supervisor Duncan Horn, who started his new role at the post house in December 2016. The past year has seen a real growth spurt for both of the post-production house’s London and Bristol offices.
“It really feels like the right time for this move,” adds Hannah. “nineteentwenty are doing some amazing work with some brilliant directors and it’s great to be able to join them at this exciting growth point.”
Commenting on the new hire, managing director Scott Griffin says: “We’re delighted to be working with Hannah once again. nineteetwenty has grown quickly and we need someone on the production team who can handle large scale projects to the highest standard and we have no doubt that Hannah will be a valuable addition to our team.”
