From the release:
The Mill’s Chicago Studio announced today that Erica Hilbert will be taking on the role of Managing Director and Tracey Khan will be stepping into the role of Head of Production.
The two senior appointments will work closely to ensure The Mill’s continued growth within the Midwest Market and reinforce The Mill’s full-service creative production offering.
Erica Hilbert first joined The Mill Chicago as a Senior Producer in 2015, having previously worked at Digital Kitchen and Method. Her experience within the local market propelled the development of The Mill’s Chicago offering. Before stepping into the role of Managing Director, Hilbert built the studio’s award-winning production team as Head of Production.
With Hilbert’s new appointment, Executive Producer Tracey Khan will be stepping in to lead the Production team as Head of Production. Khan moved from The Mill London to Chicago in 2014 to pioneer the inception of the Chicago studio, where she champions The Mill’s vast roster of directors and artists across the globe, developing end-to-end production solutions for brand and agency partners alike.
Hilbert adds, “I’m proud The Mill is a part of the competitive market and abundance of creative opportunities Chicago has to offer. We will continue to strive to be outstanding creative partners to our clients locally and beyond. I’m grateful to have made my career in my hometown and have dedicated my efforts to continue pushing the level of work and talent coming out of Chicago for the last 15 years. I look forward to keeping not only The Mill but Chicago as a whole at the forefront of our industry.
Both Hilbert and Khan have been integral in establishing the Chicago studio from the onset and will continue to do so whilst guiding the business through the fast-changing and dynamic Midwest market.
