Culture-defining production company Fela welcomes Audrey Ellis Fox to its diverse roster of talent. Ellis Fox’s creations are characterized by playful curiosity and a deft, inventive approach that spans a wide range of pursuits.

Ellis Fox’s work with global brands includes Nike, On, Gatorade, Amazon, Adidas, Coach, Puma, Foot Locker, New Balance, Motorola, and Vogue/Conde Nast, among many more. She has directed world-class talent like Salma Hayek, Zooey Deschanel, Heidi Klum, Hailey Bieber, Khalid, Jessica Alba, Simu Liu, Future, Sha’Carri Richardson, Chloe Bailey, and Vanessa Bryant.

She was nominated for an MTV VMA for her work with Avril Lavigne, Travis Barker, and Blackbear. Her short films Patricia Drive and Retreat have played at Oscar-qualifying festivals around the country and her script NDA was on the annual 2024 Black List and is currently in development. NDA was also selected for the 2023 Women in Film X Black List’s Feature Residency program.

A third-generation Angeleno, Ellis Fox is a director and writer with a background in acting, producing, choreography, music production, and installation art. She attended Brown University for her Bachelor of Arts and has built her career by blending these skills to create vivid and dynamic worlds, whether it’s a 30-second commercial or feature film script. Her background as an actor enables her to relate to her onscreen talent with deep understanding and sensitivity; while her experience producing commercials and music videos informs her grasp on every facet of production.
