Léa Esmaili joins Blinkink for UK representation. Based in London and Paris, Léa is a mixed-media director, photographer, and multidisciplinary artist. Léa has created films for Puma, Yonex, Paris Basketball, and French artist Yvnnis.

With a background in photography, fashion and installation art, Léa has a phenomenal ability to create striking and unique visuals. There’s a surreal undercurrent to her work. Her camera moves are dynamic yet observational and she merges light, texture, and emotion to truly capture the essence of her subjects.

For nearly twenty years, Blinkink have been at the forefront of animation and mixed-media filmmaking. In recent years the studio has been combining their craft-focused approach to animation with slick live-action production and performances to create work that straddles multiple mediums, techniques, and tones.

Léa’s signing expands Blinkink’s live-action offering and continues their reputation for supporting young talent. Her eye for design and inventive visuals make her a perfect fit for the London studio.
