Passion Pictures’ animation director Anna Mantzaris brings her woolly stop-motion talents to Apple’s 2023 holiday film, a properly heart-warming four-minute opus directed by Lucia Aniello at Hungry Man thru TBWA\Media Arts Lab.

Anna Mantzaris: “This was my first time shooting on an iPhone, and it’s been really interesting to see what it could do. I was very happily surprised that it could actually shoot in 48 mega pixels and it would shoot RAW files.

“It’s important to have this quality because you want to capture all of the details of the sets. And it’s quite cool that it’s possible on your phone.”
