Director/animator Troy Browne, a freelancer based in Nottingham, UK, creates a spirited collage-style film for Accenture’s “Black Is” video series, part of an in-house inclusion and diversity initiative.

Troy Browne: “Through ‘Black Is’, members of Accenture’s African and Caribbean Network have teamed up with rising Black filmmakers, animators, and crew from the creative industry to capture their experiences.

“[In this film,] Abidemi, a Technology Delivery Lead Senior Manager, tries to untangle all the eclectic elements that make him who he is and, in the process, dismantles stereotypes.”
