LA director/animator Arthur Metcalf mashes together horror and musical tropes into “He’s Watching,” a dark comedy starring the fearless, hilarious, and potty-mouthed pre-teen April Skut.

One of our favorite holiday-themed films of the past several years, the 11-minute film combines 2D and 3D animation and features actress/comedian Avalon Penrose (The Second City, U.G.H.) as the voices of April and her mom.
