Following up on last year’s deranged Feeding Frenzy trailer, Eddy directing duo Kevin Teau Rose and Gautier Alfirevic (aka Kegs) unleash a banger music video/anthem film to open the League of Legends Worlds 2024 event.

From the team at Eddy: “We partnered with Riot Games for the creation and production of the trailer and social media assets for the 2024 League of Legends Worlds – which is the biggest yearly event for the esport community. As this year’s competition takes place entirely in Europe, the Kegs were inspired by European medieval art.
 

“One of the key elements of the project was showcasing the band Linkin Park. Every expression and every movement were animated based on video references to reflect the band’s authentic energy on stage.”

 
Kegs: “We wanted to testify to this unique League of Legends moment in history by creating our own picture of the T1 legacy. Riot wanted to honor the top teams, so we designed 18 characters evolving in a unique medieval-inspired set based on their stories and playing styles.
