The first in our new series profiling top motion studios launches with a virtual visit to Art&Graft in London packed with insightful takes from CD Stephen Middleton on the team’s approach to creative, culture, and hiring.

Founded in 2010 by Camberwell College of Arts grad Mike Moloney, the Art&Graft studio is located in the vibrant creative and cultural neighborhood of Bankside and currently houses a staff of 25.

Well-known for avoiding a house style, the company describes itself as “home to a diverse international group that have honed their craft across the globe; a foundry for co–creation, joint–exploration and long–term friendships. A mix of inquisitive minds, joining together under one roof, encouraging each other’s creative pursuits as one dynamic team.”
