Eddy director Clément Soulmagnon, whose wonderful Aurore short film we included in the Best of Stash 2021, transports us to past summers on the Côte d’Azur in this dreamy music video for French band Juniore.
From the team at Eddy: “Anna, singer of the band Juniore, grew up in Nice, where she spent her days by the Mediterranean Sea. She feels a deep nostalgia for those days when everything felt more carefree and light, when the beaches were less crowded, and women sunbathed topless.
“The collaboration with director Clément Soulmagnon and the three illustrators Leïla Courtillon, Pipou Phuong Nguyen, and Chloe Farr was marked by a fruitful artistic and creative synergy. Clément captured this sunny mood, where white embodies light rather than emptiness. The music video feels like flipping through a summer sketchbook or seaside postcards.”
